Twin Farms, a private all-inclusive luxury resort for adults in Barnard, Vermont, is seeking an experienced Bartender. Our service is highly personalized, blending classic technique with warmth and curiosity to craft memorable beverages.

You will collaborate with beverage, dining, and culinary teams to deliver thoughtfully prepared drinks, recommendations, and seamless service for guests and private events.

Qualifications

• Experience bartending in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service.
• Collaborative approach with dining and culinary teams.
• Creativity in crafting beverages and experiences.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Create personalized beverage experiences based on guest preferences.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktails and offerings.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and restock supplies.
• Monitor inventory and bar rotations.
• Coordinate with dining and culinary teams for seamless service.
• Support private dinners, events, and seasonal programming.
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism and discretion.
• Adhere to all alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Share knowledge and train other team members.
• Stay curious about spirits, cocktails, and trends.
