Job summary

Twin Farms, a private adults-only luxury resort in Barnard, Vermont, seeks an experienced Bartender to join our dining team. This role blends technical bartending craft with warm, thoughtful hospitality in a highly personalized service style.

You will work closely with beverage, dining, and culinary teams to craft memorable drink experiences, recommend thoughtfully, and ensure seamless service across all events, including private dinners and seasonal programming.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience, ideally in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails and related beverages.
• Create personalized beverage experiences based on guest preferences.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal drinks and offerings.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar and monitor inventory.
• Collaborate with dining and culinary teams for coordinated service.
