Meadowlark Lodge in Ten Sleep, WY is seeking a professional Bartender for a winter seasonal, full-time role. Expect premium cocktail, wine, and beer service in a luxury setting, with duties across bar, dining, and events.

Compensation includes hourly pay plus tips and a benefits stipend for the season. Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years of upscale bartending experience, TIPS certification preferred, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages.
• Deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wine, beer, and menu offerings.
• Provide fine dining level service and guest interaction.
• Assist with food running and table service as needed.
• Support private dining, events and high-volume service.
• Perform opening and closing bartender duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, dining, and service areas.
• Assist with inventory counts, stocking, and supply management.
• Follow responsible alcohol service and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with management and team for a positive atmosphere.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff.
