Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a creative Lead Bartender for the seasonal Food & Beverage team. You will greet guests, remember preferences, and craft cocktails while coordinating with the FOH Lead to keep service flowing smoothly.

You must be professional, punctual, and capable of working quickly in a busy environment. Benefits include resort perks and employee programs to support staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Professional, friendly, efficient, and outgoing.
• Knowledge of or experience with bar equipment and mixing drinks.
• Able to work at a quick pace, multitask, and recall information.
• Sips n Tips Certification and Food Handlers Permit.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Collect and serve customers food and drink orders using the InfoGenesis system
• Create and maintain a comfortable, friendly atmosphere
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized bar
• Maintain beer, wine, liquor, and food inventory
• Offer recommendations or suggestions
• Verify IDs of any customer that appears under the age of 35
• Log and track BERG numbers daily (including spillage, misclicks, etc.)
• Bar-track customer's bar tabs and the Berg system numbers daily
• Balance the bank at the end of each shift
• Assist guests with information about the resort and local area
• Build a good rapport with travelers, locals, and regular patrons
