Qualifications

• Experience as a Bartender and Server in a progressive restaurant setting.
• Strong time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and inventory management.
• Proficiency in using Toast systems for transactions.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and accuracy.
• Greet guests warmly and engage in a friendly, professional manner.
• Offer drink recommendations and educate guests on cocktail, wine, and beer options.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas.
• Handle payments and operate POS systems efficiently.
• Check guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
