Black Mountain Construction in Las Vegas seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead luxury residential projects. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and procurement, coordinating with top architects and designers to ensure exceptional craftsmanship.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in PM for high-end homes, 5+ years on $5M+ projects, and strong design sensibility. Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam experience required. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience delivering high-end, custom residential homes.
• 5+ years of project management on projects valued at $5M+.
• Construction management or related degree encouraged.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, team-building, and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of each project including schedule, budget, resources, and documentation.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with the project team.
• Lead value engineering, cost analysis, and subcontractor procurement.
• Manage project budget, reporting, and schedule adjustments.
• Coordinate subcontractor selection, RFIs, submittals, and close-out.
