Job description

The Project Manager has direct responsibility for assigned luxury residential projects, from pre-construction phase project development and planning to construction phase execution.

Reporting directly to senior management, the Project Manager oversees budget management; development and management of all project documentation; subcontractor contract management; and project reporting, as well as regular communication with project staff, the design team and the customer.

Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of project management experience (2-3 years minimum in high-end residential as a Project Manager) with a general contractor or construction management firm; an Engineering, Architecture, CM degree or equivalent education/experience and the ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments.

Compensation:
$130,000-$165,000 per year
