The role focuses on bidding, scheduling, RFIs, and administering subcontractor relations to ensure quality and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of direct experience with project schedules, RFIs, estimates, budgets, and contracts.
• Ability to read and bid construction plans.
• Comprehensive knowledge of subcontractor scopes.
• Ability to communicate with project owners, architects, and our office team clearly and effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and management software.
• Willingness to regularly visit and walk job sites as well as work in the office.
