Job summary

Hill Construction Company in San Diego is searching for an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to assist with project documentation and ensure quality throughout various construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years minimum direct experience with project schedules, RFIs, estimates, budgets, and contracts.
• Ability to read/bid construction plans.
• Comprehensive knowledge of subcontractor scopes.
• Willingness to regularly visit and walk job sites as well as work in the office.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in bidding, tracking subcontractor releases, and project billings.
• Managing project documentation and ensuring quality.
• Collaboration with Project Managers and Superintendents.
