Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors, reviewing documents, and ensuring the project finishes on time and within budget. The role requires 10–15 years of experience, a four-year degree preferred, and strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and vendor oversight.

Qualifications

• Must have 10–15 years of experience in project management on construction sites.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating multiple contractors.
• Knowledge of local and national building codes and OSHA safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Architect/Engineers, contractors and respective contracts.
• Monitor and manage project schedule and budget; intervene when needed.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and schedules for design/construction phases.
• Ensure project remains on time and within budget; manage quality control.
• Lead on-site project meetings and improve communications among stakeholders.
