Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee luxury residential construction projects across the South Shore and Cape Cod. This hands-on leadership role drives project execution, maintains quality, manages schedules, and ensures successful delivery of custom homes and renovations.

The ideal candidate will lead day-to-day on-site activities, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure projects meet client expectations and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong knowledge of luxury home building and renovations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and budgets.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to Cape Cod and South Shore sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of high-end residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee custom home builds and major renovations valued around $2M–$10M.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams to hit milestones.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, quality control, and site safety.
• Serve as the primary on-site leader, aligning construction with plans and client expectations.
• Conduct regular site meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively resolve project challenges to protect timelines and quality.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards, codes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with ownership to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the process.
• Manage projects primarily across the Mid-Cape area, with work on the South Shore and Cape Cod.
