Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee luxury residential construction projects across the South Shore and Cape Cod region. This hands-on leadership role drives project execution, maintains quality, manages schedules, and delivers custom homes and renovations to a high standard.

The candidate will lead day-to-day site activity, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure milestones are met while upholding safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential construction projects as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of luxury residential construction, renovations, and custom home building.
• Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders while maintaining schedules and budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing on-site construction activities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites throughout Cape Cod and the South Shore.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of high-end residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee custom home builds and major renovation projects valued from $2M to $10M.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, quality control, and site safety.
• Serve as the primary on-site leader, ensuring activities align with plans and client expectations.
• Conduct regular site meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively resolve project challenges to maintain timelines and quality.
• Ensure all work meets company standards and building codes.
• Work with ownership to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
