Luxury Residential Front Desk Attendant - Weekly Pay!

This is a part-time position with a pay rate of $16 per hour. We are currently hiring for weekday shifts from 3pm to 11pm and weekend shifts from 7am to 3pm.

We are NFC Amenity Management, the nation's largest luxury amenity service provider for residential and commercial properties, with a growing portfolio of over 350 top brands in luxury residential and hotel sectors across 30 U.S. markets.

As a Front Desk Associate, you'll work at some of the most exclusive addresses. You will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, monitoring the lobby, handling calls and requests, and managing deliveries. Your goal is to make residents feel at home through genuine sincerity and appreciation.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Communicating effectively with team members, management, and residents/guests to ensure smooth operations.
  • Following property-specific procedures for handling deliveries and access.
  • Facilitating contractor and visitor arrivals and departures.
  • Reminding residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
  • Responding promptly to requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in your uniform.
  • Engaging positively with residents.

The current pay rate is $16 per hour, though historically it has ranged from $15 to $16 per hour.
