Qualifications

• 1–2 years of interior design coordination or residential design experience.
• Experience with residential FF&E vendors and material specifications.
• Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Strong organization and communication skills for fast-paced team work.
• Excellent presentation skills in small/large group settings.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & logistics: monitor stock and shipping timelines; coordinate freight and installation.
• Sourcing & vendor coordination: gather specs, dimensions, quotes, lead times and maintain supplier relations.
• Proposals & purchasing support: prepare client proposals and purchase orders; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Order tracking & expediting: monitor production schedules, shipping timelines, and delivery milestones.
