Job summary

Barton + Barton Interiors in Del Mar, CA, seeks a Residential Design Construction Project Manager to lead luxury projects from concept through final installation. This on-site role blends design leadership with construction management, guiding client relationships, trades, and schedules to ensure top‑tier results.

You will develop space plans, select materials, manage FF&E, review construction docs, and verify that design intent is realized on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in interior design with residential portfolio
• Experience in residential construction sequencing and site management
• PM experience from kickoff to installation
• Strong knowledge of space planning and construction detailing
• Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, and Apple iWork

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through final installation maintaining design intent
• Develop space plans, concepts, material palettes, FF&E, and construction docs
• Prepare client presentations and schedules
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with trades to ensure quality
