Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for luxury residential construction in San Rafael, CA. You will oversee all phases from pre-construction through closeout, manage schedules, budgets, and resources, and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential construction, strong drawing interpretation, and proficiency with ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, and JD Edwards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in residential construction.
• Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Mastery of reading construction drawings and updates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all teams.
• Monitor site progress and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Handle change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Provide leadership to field and office staff to drive project success.
