Job summary

New England Design & Construction in Lexington, MA is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the Production Director and ensure luxury projects move smoothly from design to completion.

You will handle project setup, documentation, preliminary estimating, and critical logistics on fast-paced job sites, collaborating with Project Managers and design teams to keep schedules accurate. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and a clear growth path within our design-build practice.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong professional references are required.

Responsibilities

• Project Setup & Logistics: coordinate site logistics, material orders, and lead-time tracking.
• Documentation & Permitting: prepare, submit, and track local building permits and docs.
• Estimating Support: assist with project estimating, subcontractor outreach, and takeoffs.
• Team Collaboration: work with Production Director, PMs, and design teams to keep schedules aligned.
