The Project Manager will lead projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout, ensuring schedule discipline, budget control, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, commercially aware, and comfortable navigating offices, project sites, vendors, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management or closely related field.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and change-order management.
• Excellent communication with clients, architects, and field teams.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and budgets.
• Proficient with project management tools and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and drive projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, look-aheads, and critical-path priorities.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution among field teams, subs, vendors, and leadership.
• Manage project budgets, margins, and cost tracking; review invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to contracts and standards.
