Job summary

Hardwick General Contracting, based in Maitland, FL, is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support pre-construction, active projects, office administration, and accounting. This on-site role collaborates with leadership, project managers, trade partners, and clients to keep projects organized and documented.

You will manage files, schedules, and documentation, coordinate meetings, and assist with budgets, billing, and vendor compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential construction project coordination experience.
• Administrative and accounting support experience; construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience in custom or luxury residential construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project files, drawings, specs, selections, notes, and actions.
• Track documentation, decisions, deadlines, and outstanding information.
• Assist with subcontractor bid requests, vendor proposals, scope comparisons, and budget updates.
• Support purchase orders, subcontract documents, change orders, and closeout docs.
• Assist with cost coding, invoice routing, and financial record organization.
