Hardwick General Contracting is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee daily field operations for luxury custom homes and high-end residential remodeling projects across Central Florida. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, ensure quality, maintain documentation, and report to the Project Management team.

Based in Maitland, Florida, this full-time, in-person role requires eight+ years in residential construction, with at least five years leading luxury sites.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of residential construction experience.
• Five+ years leading luxury residential projects.
• Experience with luxury custom homes or high-end remodeling.
• Strong organization, communication, scheduling, and documentation.
• Ability to travel between project sites.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily jobsite operations and subcontractor coordination.
• Develop a three-week look-ahead schedule with PM.
• Review plans and specs for dimensions and installation.
• Inspect work, document deficiencies, coordinate corrections.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure safety and code compliance.
• Maintain daily logs and field updates.
• Communicate delays and potential cost impacts.
• Oversee punch-list and project closeout.
• Guide construction assistants and interns.
• Maintain site standards and sustainability initiatives.
