Kent Homes in Wilmington, NC, is seeking a Construction Site Assistant to support our production team on active luxury home projects. You will help keep sites clean, safe, and organized while projects advance through stages of construction.

The role offers hands-on training, exposure to multiple phases of homebuilding, and opportunities to grow into greater responsibilities with a dependable work ethic. The position is full-time, field-based with a monthly vehicle stipend and tools provided,

Competenze

• Ideal candidates will be reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.
• Some hands-on construction, trade, maintenance, landscaping, or warehouse work is helpful.
• Residential construction interest and a strong work ethic are important.

Mansioni

• Support Project Managers and the production team across active residential construction projects.
• Help keep job sites clean, safe, organized, and ready for each stage of construction.
• Prepare sites for subcontractors, inspections, customer visits, and milestones.
• Move, organize, deliver, and stage construction materials and equipment.
• Identify jobsite issues and communicate them to Project Managers.
