Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of custom residential project management experience.
• Ability to read and explain construction blueprints, grading plans, and floor plans.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to travel daily to construction sites.
• Experience with Builder Trend is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of luxury residential construction projects.
• Coordinate with trade partners, suppliers, and inspectors to maintain schedule.
• Track costs and ensure the project remains within budget and quality standards.
• Provide weekly updates to homeowners with progress photos and notes.
• Oversee safety, compliance with plans, and warranty processes.
