Job summary

Trueline, a growing custom home builder, is seeking a Project Manager to join their Newport, KY team. This client-facing role requires deep residential construction knowledge and the ability to align homeowners, vendors, purchasing, and internal teams throughout the process.

You will oversee day-to-day coordination from the office, manage procurement, keep clients informed of progress and decisions, and mentor a procurement teammate as the company grows.

• Residential construction experience.
• Strong client-facing and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal ability.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership when issues arise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day residential projects from the office.
• Serve as a key point of contact for homeowners throughout the construction process.
• Keep clients informed on progress, selections, decisions, changes, and next steps.
• Coordinate with the construction team, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff.
• Oversee purchasing and order procurement for active projects.
• Maintain organized project records and ensure important details are tracked.
