Job summary

Makena Golf & Beach Club on Maui's south coast is seeking a Residential Services Representative to manage member homes and deliver world-class Discovery service. You will be the primary contact for homeowners, ensure top-tier service, inspect properties, and coordinate arrivals and departures with staff.

The role emphasizes professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours in a luxury property environment in Hawaii.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates respect for Hawaiian values, history and culture.
• Leadership in luxury property management, concierge or member services.
• Positive attitude and exceptional communication with members, guests and teammates.
• Ability to operate computer platforms (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Building Link).
• Ability to work in a team, stay calm during busy times, and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for assigned homeowners.
• Provide exceptional service and communication at all times with members/guests and team members.
• Inspect all work to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Stock and inspect properties prior to arrivals and secure properties after departures.
• Meet members/guests on arrival/departure and assist with luggage or groceries.
• Ensure pre-arrival/post-departure checklists are completed on time.
• Report emergencies to the Residential Services Manager.
• Coordinate package deliveries to members’ homes as needed.
• Execute member requests promptly and with professional demeanor.
• Perform and report maintenance tasks as applicable.
• Coordinate rental unit usage and schedule vendors around occupancy.
• Maintain owner binders and guides for appliances and amenities.
