Related Management Company is seeking a Concierge for The Quinn to warmly welcome residents and guests, ensuring a polished, reliable service. You will manage deliveries, assist leasing tours, and keep the lobby inviting while coordinating with the leasing team.

The schedule runs Thursday through Monday, 3pm to 11:30pm, with Tuesday and Wednesday off. The role emphasizes safety, guest relations, and a local touch to enhance resident life at this luxury property.

Qualifications

1–3 years in hospitality or luxury properties is a plus.
Experience delivering high-quality guest services.
Comfort using basic digital tools (logging systems, CRM platforms, Emails, MS Office).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism.
Announce visitors and manage deliveries.
Keep the lobby calm, clean, and inviting.
Support leasing tours and resident events with a polished front desk presence.
Conduct lobby checks for lighting, music, scent, and atmosphere.
Monitor building camera systems and logs.
Track vendor activity and follow access procedures.
Log and organize packages and deliveries using digital tools.
Prepare elevators and common areas for moves and coordinate with Residents Manager.
