Job summary

KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING is seeking a Concierge to deliver attentive, discreet service in a luxury residential setting. The role supports building operations, greets residents and guests, and ensures a welcoming lobby environment with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities include handling packages, assisting with directions and reservations, coordinating move-ins/outs with Management approval, and maintaining accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• Experience in luxury residential, hotel, concierge or guest services.
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable with PCs and PMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally.
• Deliver five-star service by anticipating resident needs promptly.
• Maintain front desk presence, manage lobby ambiance and security.
• Log and communicate concerns to management; document as required.
• Prepare shift, incident, package and activity reports accurately.
