Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administrative support, coordination, operations, or the A/V industry.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from sale through completion.
• Coordinate teams, timelines, materials, and resources.
• Partner across Sales, Design, Operations, and Installation.
• Conduct site visits and quality checks.
• Manage project financials and procurement.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Step in where needed to support installations and keep moving.
