You will craft experiences that blend business acumen with hospitality, manage the RMA program end-to-end, and coordinate with reservations, operations and revenue teams to ensure flawless execution of the owner experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in sales management or owner relations in luxury lifestyle or residential sectors.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence at executive levels, including C-suite.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving RMA processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective owners or reps, introduce the RMA program, and showcase its value.
• Deliver proposals, maintain records, and coordinate with operations and revenue teams for RMA execution.
• Attend meetings and events as a brand ambassador, build networks, and manage owner relationships.
