Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• Proven skills in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to derive "the story" behind the numbers.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, and creator economy.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
• Proven skills of learning ability, execution ability and stress resistance, as well as strong communication and coordination, resource integration ability and project management ability.

Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Research luxury resale market trends; monitor competitors; analyze top merchants for best practices.
• Merchant Operations & Strategic Planning: Assist in growth plans for key merchants; coordinate Mega Live events; track ROI post-campaign.
• Data Synthesis & Reporting: Consolidate datasets into reports for stakeholders; identify hot items and consumer shifts to guide optimization.
