Job summary

Rebag, a luxury resale leader, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to greet clients in-store, explain Rebag and the CLAIR technology suite, and deliver an engaging shopping experience.

You will build client profiles, answer questions, and schedule appointments while guiding guests toward the right items. Weekend/evening availability is required, and passion for fashion and sustainability is a plus.

• Understand guest interests and tailor experiences accordingly.
• Educate and excite guests about Rebag products and services.
• Collect contact information and schedule appointments for item owners or first-time shoppers.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all clients.
• Follow up with customers through Rebag's CRM to build rapport.
• Explain market values of items using Rebag's CLAIR technology.
• Contribute to monthly sales targets on the shop floor.
