Job summary

Kessler Hotels is seeking a detail-oriented Storeroom/Procurement associate to manage the hotel’s storeroom, verify deliveries, and reconcile POs. The role supports daily purchasing operations within a luxury hospitality environment, ensuring stock accuracy and timely replenishment.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent experience, at least one year in a similar role, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum one year related experience in a similar role.
• Experience within luxury brand/markets is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Review and process Food & Beverage orders and supplier communications.
• Maintain storeroom inventory, rotate stock (FIFO) and verify deliveries.
• Assist in receiving, inspection, and documentation of goods and POs.
• Reconcile discrepancies, issue credits, and file requisitions and POs.
• Support daily procurement operations and ensure cleanliness of receiving areas.
