Job summary

The Standard High Line is seeking a part-time F&B Storeroom Receiver to join our Executive Office team. You will manage shipment and receipt of products, coordinate with vendors, and keep accurate logs of daily moves in a fast-paced, luxury hotel setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a similar role, strong organizational and sanitation skills, and the ability to read and follow detailed instructions. Open availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply/divide with 10s and 100s; handling money and weights/measurements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
• Collaborate with vendors, customer service representatives, service providers, guests and employees involved in receiving shipments.
• Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Unload trucks and deliveries and sort and stock receivables.
• Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily moves and inventory counts.
• Provide backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
