Qualifications

To be successful as a Luxury Real Estate Agent, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Active Arizona Real Estate License.
• On-site availability for the first 4 weeks, aligned with our invested lead generation training.
• 1+ year experience in Real Estate or 3+ years of Sales Experience (Multiple Industries Considered).
• Comfort and proficiency with technology platforms, including CRM systems, communication tools, and digital marketing software.
• Obsessed with the Client Experience.
