Job summary

Thomas Ranch is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper (B) to join our luxury ranch and estate team in Spicewood, TX. You will maintain guest spaces, assist with household operations, and support event and hospitality activities to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced luxury environment. Excellent guest service and a proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability: Thu–Mon, 9am–5pm.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic with proactive, hands-on attitude.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high luxury standards.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask and shift priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized environment following safety procedures and PPE.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property’s appearance and support seasonal outdoor projects.
• Assist garden care including planting, harvesting, and seasonal maintenance.
• Rake riding areas and uphold ranch presentation standards.
• Support day-to-day household and operational activities.
• Clean and maintain office spaces and shared areas throughout the property.
• Collect trash and recycling from all buildings and transport to disposal areas.
• Restock restroom supplies and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Restock refrigerators and hospitality areas in offices, sales spaces, break rooms, barns, and residences.
• Perform daily office cleaning and organization.
• Prepare guest rooms and accommodation for upcoming occupancy.
• Clean interior and exterior windows as needed.
• Keep facilities organized, clean and welcoming.
• Report maintenance and repair needs and help coordinate scheduled work.
• Support property events, gatherings, and hospitality functions.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, organization, and cleanup.
• Provide exceptional guest service and assist visitors, members, residents, and vendors professionally.
• Assist with household and operational administrative tasks including invoices, budgets, supply tracking and scheduling support.
• Support inventory management for household, office, ranch, and hospitality supplies.
• Coordinate grocery and supply runs as needed.
• Maintain records related to maintenance, vendors, and operational tasks.
• Assist leadership with errands and special projects.
