Paws Up Montana, a premier luxury ranch resort, seeks an Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations and lead a team of professionals in a high-end setting. The role emphasizes exceptional guest experiences, menu development, and cost-conscious supervision across outlets.

The Executive Chef will mentor staff, ensure food safety standards, and collaborate with management to maintain quality while managing budgets and inventory. The position is full-time and on-site at Greenough, MT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, vocational training or equivalent.
• 2-Year Culinary AOS Degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years fine dining kitchen experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise culinary team across multiple outlets; ensure recipes, portions and presentation meet standards.
• Lead by example; perform tasks while coaching and guiding staff.
• Communicate production needs and coordinate with culinary managers daily.
• Oversee budget adherence and strive to improve guest dining satisfaction.
