Job summary

Greco Properties is seeking a Service Manager to lead maintenance operations at Aloma, our Class A+ luxury apartment community in Shoreview, Minnesota. You will supervise a maintenance team, perform daily inspections, and coordinate turnover processes to ensure an exceptional living experience.

The role requires hands-on leadership, proactive problem solving, and a focus on five-star service. Familiarity with Yardi and property management software is a plus, with a commitment to ownership and

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Property management experience is required or preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and basic building systems.
Proven ability to lead and coach a team to deliver five-star service.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance team, mentor technicians, and ensure accountability and high-quality service.
Oversee daily property operations and preventive maintenance to protect the asset.
Own apartment turnover process from inspections to move-in readiness.
Deliver exceptional resident experiences through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Manage vendors, inventory, budgeting, and procurement of maintenance supplies.
