Greco Properties seeks a Service Manager to lead the maintenance operations at Aloma, a luxury Class A+ community in Shoreview, MN. The role focuses on delivering five-star service, hands-on maintenance, and proactive issue resolution while guiding a maintenance team in daily operations.

You will oversee turnover, inspections, preventive maintenance, and resident interactions, ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional standards in a high-end environment.

Qualifications

• Prior multifamily maintenance/engineering experience with a leadership role preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with hands-on maintenance and on-call readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team, set expectations, coach, and ensure timely tasks meet Greco's standards.
• Conduct daily property inspections and manage resident service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Own the apartment turnover process from inspections to final readiness for new residents.
• Coordinate with leasing/management teams for on-time move-ins and occupancy targets.
• Manage operations, inventory, purchasing, and vendor coordination within budget.
