Responsabilités

• Perform weekly inspections across all assigned homes.
• Complete minor repairs, touch-ups, and day-to-day maintenance.
• Assist in scheduling and overseeing vendors and contractors.
• Pick up and deliver supplies, furnishings, and materials.
• Capture photos/videos to document property condition and improvements.
