Job summary

Clearview is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Santa Barbara to oversee field operations, ensure property readiness, and maintain the luxury guest experience across our portfolio. The role requires hands-on management, proactive problem solving, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead inspections, coordinate repairs, manage contractors, and support logistics to keep homes ready for guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Highly dependable, punctual, and communicative.
• Previous experience in property operations, maintenance, or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Property Inspections & Quality Control: Perform weekly inspections across all assigned homes, complete detailed checklists with notes, photos, and reporting, conduct pre-arrival inspections, verify cleanliness and luxury readiness.
• Repairs + Maintenance: Complete minor repairs, touch-ups, and day-to-day maintenance, execute preventative maintenance schedules, identify issues early and coordinate larger repairs.
• Contractor & Vendor Coordination: Assist in scheduling and overseeing vendors and contractors, provide property access and monitor progress, ensure quality of work aligns with Clearview standards.
• Errands, Logistics & Property Support: Pick up and deliver supplies, support new home setups, refreshes, staging, assist with wellness installations, transport tools between properties.
• Communication + Reporting: Capture photos/videos to document condition, communicate updates to leadership, maintain reliability in daily operations, uphold professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Inspections & Quality Control
  • Perform weekly inspections across all assigned homes
