Job summary

Xenia Stays is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and oversee a small team supporting our luxury short-term rental portfolio. You will drive accountability, manage owner communications, vendor coordination, guest escalations, and operational workflows while ensuring SOPs and follow-ups are completed on time.

The ideal candidate has experience in property management or hospitality operations, can lead with sound judgment, and will build strong relationships

Qualifications

• 3+ years in short-term rental operations, property management, or luxury hotel operations.
• Experience leading a team and driving accountability.
• Strong communication with homeowners, guests, vendors, and team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and hold accountable a team of five in day-to-day operations.
• Oversee workflows, deadlines, maintenance items, and SOP adherence.
• Build relationships with homeowners and serve as primary ops contact.
• Supervise virtual assistants and ensure quality, guiding when SOPs are exceeded.
• Handle guest escalations and coordinate with vendors to complete work on time.
• Maintain relationships with local vendors and community partners.
• Identify gaps, improve processes, and keep founders informed while resolving issues.
• Maintain top-tier property quality and guest-ready standards across all homes.
