Natural Retreats in Whitefish, MT is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee luxury vacation homes, acting as the primary liaison between homeowners and the company. You will supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and inspections, while ensuring guest and homeowner satisfaction and maintaining brand standards.

The role requires coordinating onboarding for new homeowners, managing vendor relations, and ensuring timely communications with homeowners and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Montana Property Management license or ability to obtain within training period.
• Prior experience in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be covered under NR’s vehicle insurance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated homeowners' liaison and manage relationships.
• Onboard new homeowners and verify information in systems.
• Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and inspections with department heads.
• Oversee vendors and approve invoices.
• Ensure properties meet luxury standards and guest readiness.
