Yellowstone Club, LLC seeks a Property Manager III in Big Sky, MT, to manage a portfolio of private residences and day-to-day operations per club policies. The role emphasizes guest service, safety, and strong team leadership within a luxury hospitality setting.

The position requires supervisory hospitality experience, a high level of communication, and attention to detail. It offers full-time year-round work in a premium Montana community with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a supervisor or management-level hospitality role.
• Experience in estate management, hotels and resorts, or related field.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding guest service in a guest-friendly environment.
• Empower to guarantee total guest satisfaction and represent Yellowstone Club professionally.
• Apply property safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for employees, Members and guests.
• Provide supervision, training and guidance to Property Managers and team members.
• Arrange and prepare contracts for routine maintenance with outside contractors.
