Advanced Management Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager for Providence at Spring Mountain in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time role requires strong leadership to supervise staff, manage budgets, and optimize rental revenues while maintaining luxury service standards.

You will oversee maintenance, leasing, and resident relations, ensuring compliance with property policies and asset-management directives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Property Manager experience (luxury asset) with 150+ units.
• 3+ years managing concierge-level service and premium amenities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Property management credential (ARM or CAM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and reconcile petty cash.
• Oversee operations, maintenance, and amenity areas.
• Manage leasing and pricing to optimize occupancy.
• Ensure budgeting adherence and monthly financial reviews.
• Lead staff supervision and weekly meetings.
• Coordinate make-ready process and coordinate with asset management.
