MSB Resources, LLC is seeking a Lease-Up Property Manager for a high-profile Class A, 226-unit, new-construction apartment community in Las Vegas. This on-site leadership role requires delivering momentum during stabilization and driving leasing activity.

You will lead an on-site team, manage operations, budgeting, and resident experience, and partner with leasing to optimize conversions in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily Property Management experience.
• 4+ years preferred.
• Experience with Class A, luxury, new-construction, or lease-up communities.
• Las Vegas multifamily market experience required.
• Proven lease-up performance and occupancy growth.
• Strong leasing instincts and conversion focus.
• Resident-experience oriented with professional presence.
• Confident leader who can motivate a team.
• Highly organized, proactive, and independent.
• Strong financial, budgeting, administrative, and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Thrives in lean, entrepreneurial, performance-driven environments.
• Yardi Voyager and RentCafe proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations and performance of the 226-unit Class A lease-up community.
• Drive lease-up strategy, occupancy growth, leasing velocity, traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Lead, coach, and hold the on-site team accountable to leasing and operating goals.
• Partner with the leasing team to maximize lead conversion, tours, applications, and move-ins.
• Deliver a luxury resident experience and foster retention and satisfaction.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, collections, expenses, and revenue enhancement.
• Manage maintenance operations, vendors, and capital improvements.
• Monitor market conditions, pricing, and leasing trends.
• Ensure compliance with policies, Fair Housing regulations and laws.
• Prepare and analyze operational and financial reports for ownership.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and take proactive action.
