The ideal candidate has 2+ years of property management experience in market-rate or luxury multifamily settings, a strong leadership presence, and a passion for hospitality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience at market-rate properties.
• Experience with luxury, Class A, or high-end multifamily communities.
• Polished, professional presence with hospitality mindset.
• Strong leadership and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the property team to deliver an elevated resident experience.
• Drive occupancy, retention, leasing performance, and financial results.
• Oversee operations with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
• Coach and develop office and maintenance staff to a high standard.
• Maintain exceptional property presentation, curb appeal, and amenities.
• Oversee lease administration, renewals, and collections with compliance.
