The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of property management experience in market-rate or luxury properties, demonstrate strong leadership, communications, and organizational skills, and be adept with property management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of property management experience in market-rate multifamily properties.
• Experience in luxury, Class A, or high-end communities strongly preferred.
• Polished, professional presence with hospitality/service mindset.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn PM software.
• Strong financial, leasing, and operational understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on problem solving with proactive approach.
• Ability to balance exceptional customer service with strong business results.

Responsibilities

• Elevate resident experience by building lasting relationships and delivering professional service.
• Drive occupancy, retention, leasing performance, and financial results.
• Oversee all property operations with meticulous attention to detail.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop office and maintenance teams.
• Maintain exceptional property presentation, curb appeal, and amenities.
• Oversee leasing activities, renewals, collections, and lease administration.
• Address resident needs with a service-oriented approach.
• Ensure safety, security, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff.
• Develop strong relationships with vendors and local officials.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback for team growth.
• Utilize PM technology and reporting to drive informed decisions.
