HILLS Properties seeks a full-time Property Manager for Island Club in Maineville, Ohio. You will lead the on-site team, champion resident experience, and ensure superior property performance in a luxury community.

This role emphasizes mentoring staff, driving occupancy and renewals, coordinating marketing, budgeting, and maintaining strong owner relationships within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies and high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Grow occupancy to at or above market levels based on owner guidelines.
• Lead marketing/outreach to achieve property goals and keep marketing current and effective.
• Assist Regional Manager with annual budgeting and operating within budgeted guidelines.
• Schedule contractors for turnovers and inspect work prior to payment approval.
• Enforce rent collection policies and handle delinquency and evictions as needed.
• Direct on-site personnel and maintain a positive work environment.
• Maximize lease renewals and track income and delinquency trends.
• Uphold Hills mission, values, and professional standards in interactions with residents and vendors.
