Job summary

Vision Companies seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to join our luxury communities in Ohio. The role reports to the Property Manager and oversees maintenance operations, aiming to keep resident units and the property in top condition.

Expect to lead a team of skilled technicians, manage vendor relationships, and ensure safety and compliance across the site. We offer full-time, in-person work with standard hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm), competitive compensation, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Three+ years in maintenance required; 1+ years of management experience preferred.
• HVAC certification required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple demands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant service requests and ensure exceptional service to residents.
• Oversee make-ready completion and exterior aesthetic standards of the community.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians and coordinate with vendors/subcontractors.
• Plan and manage the community maintenance budget and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
