Responsibilities include events, partnerships, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and regulations, while driving occupancy, renewals, and performance of a high-end asset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience, ideally in luxury multifamily.
• Strong leadership of an on-site team.
• Solid budgeting, NOI, and vendor management experience.
• Polished, service-first communication style for high-end residents.
• Familiarity with property management software: Yardi, Entrata, or RealPage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for an ultra-luxury residential community.
• Lead and develop the on-site leasing and maintenance team.
• Deliver concierge-level resident experiences from move-in through renewal.
• Plan and host seasonal resident events and community programming.
• Coordinate with local partners on resident perks and discounts.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and financial reporting.
