• Strong Microsoft Office, financial reporting and executive level communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct management oversight for the property to maximize NOI and asset value.
• Handle property management, operations, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Support maintenance and leasing staff; manage accounts payable and collections.
• Oversee annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting.
